With comprehensive experience spanning the entire collective investments sector, I act as an independent non-executive director for funds and for boutique asset managers.
I have been working in the financial industry for more than 25 years, and have extensive knowledge ranging from retail fund structures (UCITS) via alternative funds (AIFs) pursuing a range of specialized strategies for institutional investors, to dedicated family funds for private clients.
I commenced my career in 1992 in a Swiss bank (Credit Suisse) and was later responsible for the fund administration of a Swiss fund management company. Between 2005 and 2012, I worked as a specialist in private label funds for Julius Baer Investment Funds Services before, in 2012, joining Pictet Asset Services to further develop the third-party fund activities and leading the business development in the German-speaking area. In 2023 I founded Get Governance.
I am fluent in German, English, and French, and a Certified Investment Fund Director (CIFD).
